cuisinart classic is nice, perfectly acceptable and fine. i had a few pieces... and it was... fine. splurged on this multiclad package (having had tri-ply All-Clad stuff years ago) and-- wow. feels better, looks better, cooks better. it is, to put it in maybe more relatable terms, what a lexus feels like in relation to a very nice toyota. undeniably better, even if you don't quite know how to quantify it.
and all-clad vs multiclad? to stick with analogies, some people like bmw, others appreciate the nuance and value that comes with lexus.

Practical, Beautiful and a Bargain too!
First off, I would like to say I'm no expert in cooking. I have experience with Faberware pots and pans as well as Emeril. These pots and pans are worth every penny!! I was hesitant at first since I wasn't sure how the bare metal would be with eggs and hard to clean debris. To my surprise if you soak any of these pots or pans it cleans with ease!!!! There is minimal effort with scrubbing. On top of this, it's a bonus that it has a brushed finish on the outer surface of these pots. It makes it easy maintenance than most that have a high polished finish! It heats my food very evenly and they are a very similar design to the All-Clad, for a hell of a lot less! My only complaint is that the handles could be more comfortable, but this will not stop me to keep adding to this set.

This product is exactly what we have been searching for. Heavy Duty, Easy to clean,Comfortable Handles and Tight fitting lids. As with all Stainless Steel you must adjust you cooking method to a lower heat setting. As long as you keep that in mind you will love this cookware.As a matter of fact we loved it so much that we purchased every single piece of Multiclad Pro Stainless that Cuisinart makes. WE JUST LOVE IT!!
