Excellent multi-use cookware
This pan is well-made, truly non-stick and is just the right size for many uses. It works as a frying pan, sauce pan, slow-cooker, casserole dish, or just about anything you can imagine. If you could only have one pan, this would probably do a very good job of filling that role.
Marvelous pan
The Circulon 4-quart Covered Sauteuse is an ideal size and is fast becoming my "everyday pan." The construction and nonstick finish appears to be first rate. I appreciate the steel handles instead of plastic which allow them to withstand higher oven temperatures. The glass cover fits well and its smooth metal edges haven't scratched any nonstick finish off the pan's rim. I strongly recommend this product.
I love this pan!
Since purchasing this pan, it has become my absolute favorite. It cleans up in no time and I love that I can brown stuff on top of the stove and then put it right into the oven without changing pans. The only drawback are the handles, so you have to remember to keep a oven mitt or something to protect your hands, but after the first time I learned my lesson.
