Wonderful, if a bit wobbly.
I love this griddle, and I use it all the time. It makes grilled cheese sandwiches and pancakes so easy, because you could literally clean up the mess by wiping the surface with a damp paper towel.

That being said, as many others have pointed out, it's not quite balanced. It hasn't actually caused any problems for me, but it takes some getting used to in order to make sure the pan doesn't tip over before you can get the food on it!

Great griddle
Wish it was bigger, but great pan. The handle will stay cool for a long time while cooking. Easy to clean. Great price. I feel like I underpaid, but don't tell Calphalon that.
